This policy explains what we collect and why. We aim to collect as little as possible.
What we collect
- Account data: your email address, an optional name, and a securely hashed password.
- Usage data: machines you launch (type, OS, pricing, timestamps) to operate the Service and apply plan limits.
- Technical logs: IP address and request metadata for security and troubleshooting.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't inspect the contents of your render files or machine storage except as strictly needed to provide support you request.
How we use it
To run your account, provision machines, enforce limits and security, send you service email (verification, account notices), and improve the Service.
We send transactional email (email verification, account and service notices). We do not send marketing email without your consent.
Data retention & deletion
Machine storage is deleted when a machine is terminated. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing us.
Third parties
We run on Amazon Web Services and use Zoho for email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf to run the Service.
