Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Hive Render ("the Service"), operated by Hive Render. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. The service

Hive Render provides on-demand GPU compute instances preconfigured for 3D rendering. The Service is currently in private beta and provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Features may change or be withdrawn.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide a valid email address and verify it before launching machines. You must be at least 18 years old.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, or to infringe others' rights.
• Do not run cryptocurrency mining, denial-of-service tooling, password cracking, or unsolicited bulk workloads.
• Do not attempt to access other users' machines or our infrastructure beyond what your account permits.

We may suspend or terminate machines and accounts that violate this section.

4. Billing and credits

Machines accrue usage while running. Free-plan credits are provided at our discretion and have no cash value. You are responsible for stopping or terminating machines you no longer need.

5. Your content

You retain all rights to the files and data you upload or create on your machines. We access your data only as needed to operate and support the Service. Machine storage is not a backup — keep your own copies.

6. Availability and liability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Spot machines may be reclaimed with short notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hive Render is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for lost data or work.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
